Wedding Services:

Day-Of Coordination (Starts at $400)

  • A one hour initial consultation in-person, via telephone or Skype.
  • A one hour meeting one week prior to your wedding date to finalize details.
  • A coordinator onsite for six hours. Additional hours billed out at $50 an hour.
  • Vendor management and distribution of final payments.
  • Set-up including decor, gift table, guest book, favours and place cards.
  • Facilitation of the procession, speeches, first dance, bouquet and garter toss.
  • Email and telephone support.


 

Day-Of Decor ($50/hr, Minimum Three Hours)

We can assist with decorating your ceremony and/or reception site to reflect your wedding style and vision. This is perfect for the DIY bride who just needs the eye of a professional to put in place her vision. Additional decorators available at $25/hr.
